The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will span the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the portfolio of products. With your expertise in both business and technical domains, you’ll bring the product vision to life for Lam and our customers. As part of Knowledge Managememnt content and delivery team, you will own and define product roadmap for for the content and delivery of Lam's web portal to provide critical product information to Lam customers and Lam internal engineering. Work with users and stakeholders to fully understant needs for development. Document requirements to prioritize for development and release. Product Roadmap / Strategy / Vision: You will leverage your expertise in user needs and content delivery to shape the long term vision to support our innovative products within the Semiconductor industry. Author the product Vision, setting cost objectives and program deliverables aligned with marketing requirements and product strategy. Holds team members accountable to the aligned vision deliverables. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements with prioritized features and strong supporting justification. Develop revenue growth and/or cost saving projections, and high-judgment trade-off between features Be the voice of the customer for the product development team throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs. Product Lifecycle Management: Prioritize programs to allocate resources aligned with overall organizational objectives. Identify blockers that will impact timeline, scope, cost or other project variables and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders. Effectively communicate strategies & trade-offs up to senior leaders and down to the development team Defines product capability for intellectual property, security, licensing, and lifecycle management strategies Adherence to Product Management processes related to change control, documentation etc. Lead CFTs as necessary, coordinating operations and development groups.
