About The Position
In the Global Products Group, we are dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of Lam's etch and deposition products. We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. The Product Manager represents the Product across all organizational boundaries, acting as the conductor leading a dynamic cross functional team to: align objectives and vision success criteria, prioritize activities and allocate resources, and support total product lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have the confidence and background to lead highly technical individuals across multiple organizations & management levels: demonstrated leadership capability, conviction to drive aligned PORs to completion, and courage to take make decisions. The candidate must have the ability to bring clarity and guidance during uncertainty. In addition to working with the Fremont product teams, this position will interface with the Lam India Product Management team on a regular basis to review product strategy and ownership. Travel to India is required several times a year. After approximately two years of building a product management foundation in Fremont, this position will re-locate to Bangalore India fulltime.
