About The Position

The position involves leading the evolution of a personalization platform, which is critical for the company's consumer and enterprise solutions. The role requires using data, customer insights, and industry standards to identify opportunities for innovative capabilities and compelling personalization experiences. The candidate will assess new market opportunities and strategic growth areas, collaborate with partners for various research types, and create business cases for initiatives prioritized on the roadmap. The role also includes working with Experience Designers on customer journeys and UX flows, transforming requirements into feature specs, and managing a backlog of features. The candidate will need to address ambiguity in the product backlog, assess and report on initiative results, align partners on vision and roadmap, and present convincingly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product owner experience in web/mobile personalization & segmentation tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with studio and engineering teams.
  • Strong execution skills with backlog grooming and writing Jira tickets.
  • Highly analytical with a focus on data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with personalization technologies such as CDPs and analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technology-focused organization.
  • Proven experience in building and releasing products on web/mobile ecosystems.
  • Experience leading Agile development teams.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships across functions.
  • Passion for learning about industry and technology trends.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and related products.
