About The Position

The Product Manager 2 will join the Benefits and Protection Wholesale Distribution team, responsible for delivering valuable and viable solutions in partnership with the product team. This role involves defining and driving the strategy, discovery, and delivery for low to medium complexity products, ensuring alignment with business and enterprise goals while collaborating across disciplines to tackle high-value problems and lead product initiatives to successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience running one or more products.
  • Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and decision-making skills in a product context.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing workloads effectively.
  • Experience in stakeholder and relationship management within a product environment.
  • Leadership skills with experience influencing and negotiating across teams.
  • Ability to leverage varied perspectives and data to drive decisions.
  • 2+ years in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with engineering teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of insurance distribution channels and products.
  • Experience managing complex, data-intensive systems as a Product Manager.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy in alignment with business and enterprise goals.
  • Understand and define key business outcomes and requirements for products.
  • Identify opportunities and problems to solve within the product space.
  • Lead the product team in conceptualizing and running experiments to validate hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with technology and non-technology partners to remove impediments to value creation.
  • Break down work for frequent releases of valuable product changes.
  • Own the product roadmap and ensure successful delivery of measurable, goal-aligned value.
  • Communicate product releases and updates to stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor and communicate product health and progress against goals.
  • Serve as a resource to Associate Product Managers and identify opportunities for improvement in product management practices.
