About The Position

DESCRIPTION: Duties: Conduct stakeholder management for both internal and external customers to articulate partner needs through documented business requirements. Determine technical feasibility and designs for launching new partner functionalities. Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet product and partner goals. Serve as a subject matter expert for base product functionality, partner customizations, and relevant travel industry benchmarks. Present the base product roadmap to partners on a regular cadence. Gather and analyze the voice of customer and partner feedback. Conduct user acceptance testing and product demonstrations of new product features with internal stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Client Services Product Manager, Product Owner/Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Client Services Product Manager, Product Owner/Analyst, or related occupation. Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products; Conducting stakeholder and user analysis; Maintaining product roadmaps; Maintaining product backlogs; Translating business requirements into deliverable features; Documenting epics, features, and user stories; Validating developed features against acceptance criteria; Maintaining documentation for change and release management; Evaluating impacts of new product features; Driving user adoption of new product features; Performing data analysis to determine product increments and features in the roadmap; Managing in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues; Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, objectives, and results; Developing SQL queries to pull needed data from databases; Gathering product requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear XML specifications using XML syntax; Identifying, matching, and connecting data attribute mapping fields from different sources; Managing product backlogs using Jira; Documenting and collaborating on projects using Confluence; Designing, reviewing, and iterating on digital product prototypes using Figma; Analyzing data visualizations to drive product strategy decisions using Tableau. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Client Services Product Manager, Product Owner/Analyst, or related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Management, Client Services Product Manager, Product Owner/Analyst, or related occupation.
