Wells Fargo’s Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team is an integrated, forward-looking product organization with end-to-end payments, data, liquidity and associated lending solutions that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives in an evolving digital world. About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager within the Global Payments & Liquidity Management organization, which delivers treasury management solutions to business customers. This role sits within the Information & Data Solutions (I&DS) group, which manages the development and infrastructure of reporting and data products that support a $3B annual Treasury Management business. The team drives initiatives across payments, reporting, receivables, account, and liquidity solutions. This position requires a senior leader who combines strategic vision with the ability to engage directly in product development and execution. Demonstrated ownership of product P&L—including accountability for financial performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence—supported by strong communication, organizational discipline, and a commitment to transparent, cross‑functional engagement, is critical for success in this role. This role will partner closely across Product, Technology, Risk, and Digital to deliver required upgrades and collaborate with Sales, Service, Implementation, and Operations to ensure readiness for product launches. Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of individual contributors for leading product strategy
  • Consult, develop, market, and manage performance analysis for products that have high impact on companywide growth opportunities and success
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for product enhancements and business requirements
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of product management team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Interpret and develop pricing policies and distribution strategies, which may include global considerations
  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers
  • Interact directly with vendors
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Product Management
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Initiates action, manages change, and drives execution. Demonstrates persuasive communication and strong relationship management.
