Apex is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, work alongside experienced professionals, and contribute to the development and success of our products. To be considered, you must be able to commit to a 10-week hybrid internship and work 40 hours per week during our summer program. Internship Focus: Support the VP of Engineering in developing a repeatable product package for AI development processes in an enterprise environment. Participate in requirements discovery: learn to ask incisive questions, challenge assumptions, and refine product scope through dialog. Help create product narratives and documentation that make complex technical processes accessible to non-technical teams. Collaborate on materials for cross-team adoption, go-to-market strategy, and feedback synthesis. Apply frameworks such as design thinking to construct scalable, user-centered solutions. Identify knowledge gaps or process bottlenecks and suggest actionable improvements in documentation and rollout plans.

  • Support the product management team in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Help in creating product documentation, such as user stories, feature specs, and product briefs.
  • Participate in product meetings and contribute ideas for product enhancements and improvements.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback.
  • Aid in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders and leadership.
