Job Title Product Management Advisor What does a successful Product Management Advisor do at Fiserv? As a successful Product Management Advisor, you will lead the development and enhancement of our eCS website, a digital self service portal for cardholders. This position is pivotal in driving the product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver an exceptional user experience for our clients and their customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in developing digital applications, specifically within credit/debit products.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma and a solid grasp of design principles.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards, ensuring digital products meet compliance requirements.
  • Experience with analytics tools to assess product performance and user engagement.
  • Familiarity with distributed technologies, including APIs and databases.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial Services industry experience.
  • Master’s in business administration, (MBA.)
  • Detailed knowledge and experience working with a broad range of financial risk management solutions in the banking industry.
  • Technical knowledge related to financial reporting, analysis and business intelligence.
  • Experience managing direct reports.
  • Experience working in bank or financial institution, leading the finance or financial risk management areas including budgeting, planning, forecasting, profitability analysis and funds transfer pricing areas.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the definition and communication of product vision and roadmap for eCS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful implementation of product features.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and drive sprint planning.
  • Write comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs), and user stories to guide product development.
  • Facilitate story refinement sessions to ensure clarity and detail in user stories and epics for the development team.
  • Engage closely with clients to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating those insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Ensure that the product meets accessibility standards and provides an inclusive experience for all users.
