Job Title Product Management - Advisor II About your role: You will lead product strategy for Data Compass, Fiserv’s platform for delivering data, analytics, and client insights to financial services customers. The team focuses on turning large-scale data capabilities into consumable products that improve client decision-making and operational outcomes. You will define product outcomes, align cross-functional partners, and drive delivery of high-value features. What you’ll do: Define and drive the product roadmap for Data Compass aligned to business goals, client needs, and measurable outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, UX, data engineering, sales, and client success to specify user journeys, translate requirements into features, and validate releases. Build business cases, pricing and packaging strategies, and go-to-market plans for new data products and integrations. Lead market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, inform prioritization, and shape product differentiation. Partner with data governance, security, and legal teams to ensure compliance and safe data use in product design. Monitor product performance using KPIs (adoption, usage, NPS/LTR impact, revenue) and iterate based on data and client feedback. Coordinate launch readiness across marketing, enablement, and sales; prepare product collateral and technical guidance for external release. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud data platform architecture and operations (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Amazon Redshift).
  • 8+ years of experience in SQL and Python for data analysis, ETL development, and data modeling.
  • 8+ years of experience in data security, privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2) and data governance practices (cataloging, lineage).
  • 8+ years of experience with analytics product delivery and experimentation platforms (A/B testing, feature-flagging; e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly).
  • 6+ years of experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and analytics reporting implementation.
  • 6+ years of experience in Agile product development and using product tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!, roadmap tooling).
  • 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute certification.
  • Experience defining pricing and packaging for data/analytics products and running commercial pilots.
  • Experience integrating third-party data providers and managing data acquisition/licensing agreements.
  • Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and model governance practices.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management with executive leadership and commercial teams.
