This is an onsite position located in Marlborough, MA What YOU will do: This Marlborough based Security Manager position will support the Global Security Services (GSS) Industrial Security Team as a Program Security Manager (PSM). The PSM is an embedded security professional, security decision authority, and facilitator of a range of front line of the business security services. Professional services include writing policies and procedures, coordinating with government accrediting authorities and customers, and preparing security assessment, investigative, and analytical reports for senior security and program Leadership Teams. The PSM promotes regulatory compliance with contractually required Department of Defense security regulations through effective training and influence and advises program leadership and staff on multiple efficient options within the security policy space. Long-range planning (LRP) to meet global security compliance requirements and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), including interacting with internal and external security professionals and government customer organizations. Managing contract security reviews to ensure requirements are consistent with the NISPOM Rule 32 CFR Part 117, and various other Department of Defense directives as specified in the DD254 and contract Statements of Work (SOW). Researching contractual (SOW, CDRL, etc.) documents, internal directives, and the NISPOM Rule for security applicability and impact analysis. Assisting in preparation of Transportation Plans, Transmissions Plans, and security plans as required in the movement of classified, domestic, and international transmittals. Assisting cybersecurity teams in the planning and coordination of accreditation of classified Information Systems.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Industrial Security, Information Assurance/Cyber, Special Programs, security management, military, or government information security programs.
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • Most be okay with 10% travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Broad knowledge of project management.
  • Knowledge of RTX projects, programs, or systems to provide enhancements within job area.
  • An Advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Cyber/Technology Management, Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
