About The Position

Submer designs and delivers end-to-end AI datacenter infrastructure built around industry-leading liquid cooling. We help organizations scale AI beyond the limits of traditional datacenters by enabling higher density, greater efficiency and lower environmental impact – accelerating time-to-AI from first deployment to full production. The Product Line Owner is the end-to-end business leader for a product line of high-density cooling racks for AI and high-density compute. Acting as a “mini-GM,” the PLO owns market insight, product strategy, roadmap, and financial performance (P&L) from concept to end-of-life. The role combines deep technical understanding of liquid cooling and high-density AI infrastructure with strong business, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, ensuring the product line delivers sustainable revenue, margin, and customer value in a global, multicultural environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management or product line management of complex, technical hardware or infrastructure solutions; 10+ years total experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of: DLC datacentre equipment, high-density racks, HPC/AI infrastructure, power and cooling systems, or similar.
  • Clear track record of responsibility for product financials (revenue, margin, pricing) and successful product launches in a scaling company.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Support in a hardware/industrial environment.
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
