About The Position
onsemi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Program Lead to oversee and drive the execution of our EV Traction programs with key OEMs in North America. This pivotal role will involve leading cross-functional teams, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring the successful development and delivery of innovative traction power solutions for the electric vehicle (EV) market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of power electronics, especially in traction inverters, and a proven track record in managing complex programs from conception to market launch. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure that all aspects of the program are aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of the programs. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders will be crucial in driving the success of our EV Traction initiatives.
