TEAM OVERVIEW: The Common Solutions and Automation Service Business Unit (CSG SBU) is focused on service value creation, development of new service products and capabilities to be implemented across equipment platforms. We lead key initiatives to achieve service business goals and leverage core competencies in product marketing, program management, semiconductor equipment technologies, robotics, automation and field service best practices. CSG SBU is seeking a team player who is passionate about driving technical programs in a cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills using software tools and presentation skills are a must
  • Technical Program management competency, project management, data analytics
  • Communication of complex information to others in straight forward manner
  • Analyze potential solutions using technical experience, data insights and precedents
  • Ideal candidate has exposure to capital equipment design and maintenance. Semiconductor equipment preferred
  • Master's Degree in Robotics, Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
  • Internship experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Program management, new product introductions, contributing to development of innovative service products.
  • Collect field and Customer inputs to inform product and technology roadmaps and priorities
  • Develop marketing collateral to communicate product benefits and value
  • Inclination to drive operational efficiencies, propose and articulate the benefits of Automation
  • Assist to create Design for Installation and Design for Service programs.
  • Support IP Strategy
  • Productivity mindset - apply critical thinking to craft and drive growth strategies for automation enablement
  • Prepare reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling applying data analytics skills
  • Interpret business issues and recommends best practices; takes a broad perspective to identify solutions
  • On occasion will interface with suppliers and customers to monitor and report on the projects progress against quality and cost metrics
