TEAM OVERVIEW: Product Line Management in the Business Development Group drives lifecycle success for SPG products. By blending technical expertise with business insight, this centralized team ensures each product line delivers measurable value and meets the semiconductor industry’s evolving needs. Focused on process and tool development, the central PLM team partners with business units to achieve cross-cut objectives.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate needs a mix of technical, analytical, business and people skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong program management and product lifecycle management experience
  • Experience with influencing without authority
  • Ability to effectively manage and deliver multiple Key Performance Indices (KPIs).
  • Critical thinking and ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent personal time management and project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal presence that extend confidence and humility.
  • Graduating with an MBA degree and possesses a technical undergraduate degree.
  • Demonstrates conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within discipline.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or experience.
  • Program Management leadership and influence skills
  • Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchanges information asks questions and checks for understanding.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience in Semiconductor or Adjacent industries
  • Knowledge of SAP or any ERP or PLM tools

Responsibilities

  • Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation.
  • Will participate in the development of strategies, processes, and resources.
  • Provides project management and change management to ensure projects meet customer requirements.
  • Enables development of business processes and tool development for PLMs across organizations.
  • Participates in the development and proliferation of product management best practices.
  • Supports productivity and sustaining engineering initiatives, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Participates in product structure management and content control to ensure system configuration is aligned with defined requirements.
  • Manages project schedules and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software.
  • Identifies and resolves potential complications within the project and develops solutions for resolution.
  • Performs data analysis using business intelligence tools like Python/Excel and Tableau.
  • Establishes trust-based relationships and collaborates effectively with diverse teams.
  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions.
