About The Position

The Product Line Manager II – Capital Equipment (Tubular Handling Systems) is responsible for the end-to-end ownership and performance of assigned capital equipment product lines, from market strategy and front-end scope definition through manufacturing execution, delivery, and lifecycle support. This role balances commercial, operational, and technical priorities to maximize profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Tubular Handling Systems, includes pipe handling, transfer, and make-up/break-out equipment (e.g., catwalks, iron roughnecks/wrenches). The PLM II serves as the single point of accountability for product line performance, leading without direct authority across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Service. The role requires strong understanding of capital equipment applications, customer requirements, cost structures, and manufacturing processes, while driving disciplined execution through S&OP, standardization, and continuous improvement.
