About The Position

Become an Expert: Develop deep knowledge of implant platform architectures and operations. Drive Innovation: Assess service readiness and manage key tasks for successful product deployments. Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with cross-functional teams—Global Product Support, Installation, Field Service, and Engineering—to ensure our designs are optimized for installation, serviceability, and customer success. Influence Decisions: Provide critical input to Engineering and Business Units on how part and supplier changes impact field service. Solve Big Challenges: Address and manage strategic vendor issues that keep our operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Basic mechanical, electrical, or process engineering principles.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation for cross-functional teams
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Materials Science and Engineering, Product Marketing, Product Management, or related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is a bonus but not a requirement
