TEAM OVERVIEW: Product Line Management (PLM) within Applied Global Services plays a critical role in driving the success of service offerings throughout their lifecycle. PLM role designs and manages service offerings that maximize equipment performance, extend tool life, and reduce cost of ownership—helping fabs achieve higher productivity and profitability. By combining deep technical expertise with market insight, PLM team ensures every product line delivers measurable value and supports the evolving needs of the semiconductor industry.   • Become an Expert : Develop deep knowledge of implant platform architectures and operations.
  • Drive Innovation : Assess service readiness and manage key tasks for successful product deployments.
  • Collaborate & Learn : Work closely with cross-functional teams—Global Product Support, Installation, Field Service, and Engineering—to ensure our designs are optimized for installation, serviceability, and customer success.
  • Influence Decisions : Provide critical input to Engineering and Business Units on how part and supplier changes impact field service.
  • Solve Big Challenges : Address and manage strategic vendor issues that keep our operations running smoothly.
  • Basic mechanical, electrical, or process engineering principles.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation for cross-functional teams
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Materials Science and Engineering, Product Marketing, Product Management, or related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is a bonus but not a requirement
