About The Position
14402 – Product Lifecycle Manager, Transportation Systems (onsite) – Boca Raton, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Boca Raton, FL (required); Experience with tech industry, product engineering, operations, technology integration, or other related work experience (7+ years); Experience with SunPass products, solutions, and applications; Experience meeting business requirements and aligning with the SunPass Operations roadmaps; Experience overseeing product development activities, reporting standards, and operational governance; Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions; Experience acting as a liaison between SunPass Operations, Toll Operations leadership, and technical teams; Experience ensuring timely delivery, continuous improvement, and compliance with established standards; Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Manage product research, design enhancements, qualification activities, and end‑to‑end delivery schedules for SunPass products and solutions. Coordinate cross‑functional teams to fulfill product requirements, transition products to commercialization, and support testing and evaluation of new technologies. Oversee product governance by maintaining centralized inventories, tracking operational initiatives, and ensuring SOP creation, updates, and lifecycle management. Monitor performance inputs from business units, validate functional and technical requirements, and identify improvement or lifecycle replacement needs. Develop dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with Business Intelligence to support program performance monitoring and leadership visibility. Support strategic decision‑making by maintaining deep operational knowledge of SunPass functions and collaborating across engineering, operations, and technical teams. Serve in emergency response roles to ensure operational continuity and perform additional duties as assigned.
