About The Position

Our Product Life Cycle Management Supervisor is the “Entrepreneur of their product group in the company”. You will be responsible for the overall success of the product group and team. Typical KPIs include sales and volume development, new product introduction success, sellable coverage development, and time to market. You will be responsible to ensure the product related strategy complies with the regional and global strategy of the product line.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required. Master’s degree in business or technical field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry and/or automotive aftermarket
• Knowledge in Heavy Duty segment for Aftermarket channel
• 5+ Experience in product management, purchasing, procurement or related field

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MAHLE Aftermarket, products, sales channels, and customers preferred
