Customers being able to see accurate and consistent data, understanding what it means, and interpreting what next steps they can take to grow is the foundational structure for all of Nav. This role will work across all of our product teams to make that data correct and consistent. You will work directly with cross functional peers in design, engineering, product marketing, data and finance to make strong business decisions and solve customer problems. You will be responsible for day to day management of our platform services, defining the input metrics to measure individual project success, and be held accountable to meeting Nav’s overall OKRs. What we empower you with Ownership of a Nav’s foundational layers: Credit and financial data is not just a side project for Nav — it’s how the moat that makes our solutions work for SMBs. You’ll be charged with owning a key piece of every product at Nav. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with our Head of Customer Insights and Head of Customer Care to meet directly with customers and discover problems to solve directly from them. Partner with the Product Marketing Manager on Nav Prime to brainstorm and launch new products, drive adoption, and increase Nav’s subscriber base retention. Growth and impact opportunities: Nav is expanding our product set in 2026, and this role will serve as a key partner to each of those expansion opportunities. Done correctly, efficacy in this role could make or break new company bets.
