About The Position

Partner with SCIS Business Services teams to identify needs for new or improved products. Review, analyze, and compare competitors’ products, and meet with customers to discuss their requirements Maintain a portfolio of global analytics projects that promote growth of the Martin Brower business, including the use of technologies such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Snowflake, Vekia, Blue Yonder, and Salesforce Facilitate regular Sprint review meetings to assess deliverables and ensure timely completion. Communicate outcomes and updates to end-users by issuing Release Notes in accordance with the established Change Control Management process Ensure that training materials are completed and provide appropriate training on new functionalities as required Collaborate with leadership to develop comprehensive product plans and roadmaps, ensuring clear communication of these strategies to all relevant stakeholders Ensure Centers of Excellence practices, systems, and tools are developed, maintained, and marketed to support current and future business requirements at an optimal ‘total cost of ownership’ for customers Estimated travel required – 25% Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 7 plus years of specific experience.
