Job Description Product Managers at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving product visioning, planning and development to deliver on our human + digital product strategy and staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. As a Product Manager, you will: Identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. Activate the connective tissue between U.S. Bank, customer experience, digital, technology, and business line strategy to identify and prioritize product / portfolio opportunities, and establish the product vision, charter and roadmap. Defines product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to prioritize Features/Epics and breaks down work into actionable steps to facilitate product discovery, design, development and delivery. Manages the end-to-end product lifecycle and drives the product roadmap leveraging OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Creates the product in conjunction with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners to achieve business and customer outcomes. In the case of technical products, understands and cares for the technical features, debt reduction and modernization of the technical product with expertise in the technology required of the product About the Team/Product(s): The Product Lead - Business Money Movement is a senior, strategic individual contributor responsible for defining and advancing the enterprise roadmap for money movement capabilities across digital platforms supporting Small Business and Business Banking. This role brings deep domain expertise in payments and money movement and operates with broad influence across Product, Digital, Technology, Treasury Management, Sales, Risk, and Analytics. The role is accountable for shaping strategy that drives client value and revenue growth while ensuring appropriate risk mitigation and regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior product lead for money movement capabilities across digital platforms supporting Small Business and Business Banking, including Online Banking and SinglePoint.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across payment rails (e.g., ACH, Wires, Real‑Time Payments), including an understanding of the underlying technical and regulatory landscape and emerging industry trends.
  • Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for money movement capabilities, guiding prioritization and delivery in partnership with Technology, Treasury & Payment Services, Product Journeys & Delivery, and the Chief Digital Office.
  • Partner with Business Banking and Small Business sales leadership to align digital platform capabilities and value propositions to customer segments and go‑to‑market strategy.
  • Collaborate with risk and data analytics teams to ensure product strategy supports growth while appropriately managing credit, fraud, and operational risk, including advocating for policy or guideline changes when needed.
  • Operate as a senior individual contributor with enterprise‑wide influence, driving alignment across cross‑functional stakeholders.
