About The Position

The Product Inventory Coordinator is a member of the team that Makes Riders Faster. Product Development’s mission is to deliver innovation with meaningful rider benefits, right bikes, right time. As the Product Inventory Coordinator, you will support the Product Development team by managing the procurement, receiving, tracking, and organization of all materials, components, and bicycles used for development and testing. This role operates outside of the company’s ERP system, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record of development inventory, including quantity, location, and value. In addition, this role provides hands-on technical support for bicycle builds, modifications, and test preparation as needed. This role will require you to be onsite at Cervelo’s HQ in Aliso Viejo, CA five days per week.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of extensive bicycle technical knowledge. Bicycle retail, or similar, experience.
  • Background in warehouse logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory management, purchasing.
  • Comfortable navigating and organizing warehouse inventory
  • Well versed in process management and proven success making improvements to procedures.
  • Responsive-Proven ability to handle last minute requests and multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to stay organized with multiple tasks
  • Experience with administrative software, such as the Google Suite; Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail
  • Ability to handle data input, identify discrepancies, and maintain large spreadsheets/databases
  • High level of integrity and ability to communicate issues when they arise
  • Punctual with a great attendance record
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Ability to travel between 0-15%, domestic and international
  • Must hold an active passport at all times during employment
  • Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.
  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.
  • The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
