About The Position

We are headquartered in Utah and are growing in multiple states and have potential future openings in California, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, and Nevada. Position Come join WCF insurance for an educational hands-on approach to learning about insurance and mitigating risk. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), temporary position that works out of WCF's Sandy, Utah headquarters. After the internship, there is a possibility of a part-time position as an apprentice. We offer full benefits starting at 20 hours per week after the internship. Graduate with the training and experience you need to have an exciting career in the stable field of insurance. Responsibilities The cohort of interns will work with each other and each of our departments to learn insurance from many different angles. There will be weekly paid training on different insurance terminology and weekly opportunities to share experience with others in your cohort. This intern will work primarily in the product department and have projects and tasks designed to enhance the intern's knowledge of commercial insurance operations. No prior insurance experience is required. Qualifications · Completed Sophomore year of college or more. · Pursuing business management, economics, engineering, math, statistics, actuarial science, or similar degree. · Strong math skills · Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite · General written and oral communication skills · SQL or Power BI experience preferred but not required Pay $20/hour for the internship. Requirements

Completed Sophomore year of college or more.
