Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a bachelors of engineering program
  • Working knowledge of MS office and Windows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • SW and Auto Cad knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead at least one engineering related project
  • Manage and complete project stages and processes
  • Address internal and external customer needs and questions
  • Interact with multidisciplinary teams and organize production/development trials as needed
  • Organize test data and prepare presentations, project summaries, reports, and analyses
  • Work with others to assist in the development and implementation of capital projects that will reduce costs and improve operating efficiency
  • Provide engineering support for new equipment upgrades and special projects in the Innovation project pipeline
  • Assist Product Innovation Engineers with support for existing projects as needed
  • Utilize SolidWorks to create and modify 3D part models and 2D part prints
  • Look for improvements that can be made and implement them
  • Comply with all company Environmental Health and Safety and Department of Health requirements
