Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of cumulative work/internship experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience
  • 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams
  • Experience with Excel
  • Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
  • Excellent project management, problem solving and analysis skills
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
  • Background in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or Python
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
  • Industry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritime

Responsibilities

  • The Starlink Product Growth Lead will be responsible for scaling specific product offerings across the globe
  • Analyze financial impact and forecast of growth experiments to support prioritization of business and engineering initiatives
  • Oversee the online purchase and activation customer journey, identifying areas for improvement and leading scoping and implementation of changes
  • Assess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approaches
  • Lead development and execution of strategic programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize global sales for a product category
  • Research industry ecosystems to inform the business on product positioning
  • Communicate and drive product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders including Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support
