The Team Product Development Strategy & Finance: We partner across the business to allocate and deploy resources for the highest-impact outcomes. We provide the financial insights and guidance necessary to support Ford’s long-term electrification goals. Our focus is on the "unit-level" health of our 3rd Gen EVs. We ensure alignment between financial goals and product strategy through rigorous revenue forecasting, pricing strategy, and deep-dive cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis.
