Nice To Haves

  • MBA, in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing finance teams.
  • Experience in a scaling technology or hardware company where you built a "followership" and elevated organizational standards.
  • Experience with enterprise management & planning systems a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and implementation of cost-reduction programs in partnership with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure best-in-class vehicle attributes while maximizing long-term company returns.
  • Support new product launches and initiatives, including early-stage pricing, packaging, and business development deals structuring to enhance product contribution margins.
  • First Principles Analysis: Lead business case analysis on complex vehicle product attributes and user experience changes, enabling business unit leaders to make informed decisions that impact the end customer.
  • Establish and manage the key metrics underpinning EV revenue and gross margin performance. You will break down customer revenue and COGS to the unit figure across the full breadth of the vehicle program income statement.
  • Deliver critical updates and high-quality presentations to executive stakeholders, up to and including Board of Directors-level materials. You will distill complex financial data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
  • Deploy best-in-class data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) to ensure continuous availability of information versus static reporting.
  • Stay updated on global market trends and competitive dynamics to refine financial strategies and GTM (go-to-market) purchase experience strategies.
