About The Position

The Product Execution Manager owns complex mobile/online/digital capabilities, ensuring that the customer experience and business goals remain at the forefront. This role will be engaged in all aspects of digital product delivery, from defining and documenting requirements to ensuring the success of the final product delivery. Key BillPay Focus Responsibilities : Own the end‑to‑end bill pay product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization. Partner with Digital, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Fraud, and Technology to deliver enhancements and resolve issues. Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer usage trends; recommend improvements based on insights. Bring to market complex, customer-driven digital products and services. Prioritize customer needs and manage product feature sets to deliver digital products that exceed customer expectations. Represent the customer and business goals while working with technology partners to deliver products. Manage the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release. Develop business scope and requirements. Work with internal digital design team to create user experience scenarios for products. Work with systems vendor, technology, retail, marketing, and customer service partners to ensure successful delivery of digital services. Maintain information on service performance and application metrics, for analysis and reporting to management. Provide transparency to business and technology leadership on project status and product development issues. Manage risk associated with delivering applications and specific application features. Assist with customer research and issue resolution. Monitors project to provide transparency to Business and IT leadership on project status and any issues. Other product management tasks that may be required from time-to-time. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of Online/Mobile Product Management or Digital project delivery experience

Nice To Haves

  • Digital product management or delivery experience in e-commerce, digital messaging, identity and access management, digital money movement, or customer self-service
  • Ability to translate business needs to technology teams
