About The Position

Join us as a Product Evangelist & Prototyping Lead and help shape the future of underwriting innovation. In this role, you’ll turn cutting-edge models into interactive experiences that inspire adoption and deliver real business impact. Responsibilities Transform research models into intuitive prototypes and demos that accelerate decision-making and showcase value. Craft compelling and tailored narratives that connect model outputs to strategic business outcomes like pricing, renewal strategies, and margin improvement. Lead adoption initiatives through enablement programs, live demos, and playbooks that empower underwriters and sales teams and reduce friction from POC to everyday use. Establish a clear pipeline for moving prototypes from proof-of-concept to pilot, ensuring usability and integration readiness. Define success metrics and leverage insights to continuously improve engagement and influence revenue outcomes. Collaborate across underwriting, sales, data science, and vendor teams to align priorities and maintain a visible prototype gallery. Qualifications Required: 7+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions engineering, or analytics enablement with a proven track record of driving adoption in complex B2B workflows. Hands-on ability to build lightweight prototypes using tools like Power Apps, Streamlit, or similar platforms. Exceptional communication skills to translate actuarial and data science concepts into business value for diverse audiences. Experience defining and tracking adoption metrics and leading enablement programs. Preferred: Familiarity with LLM-enabled workflows and predictive modeling concepts. Comfort shaping user experiences in collaboration with designers. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
