About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Equipment Tester to join our team. In this role, you will work in a dedicated technical workspace to inspect, test, and help restore electronic equipment to a like-new condition. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their technical skill set—company will train.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Ability to work in a structured, technical environment.
- Reliable and punctual— strict attendance policy with no absences allowed during the first 90 days .
- Willingness to learn and be trained in electronic testing and refurbishment processes.
Responsibilities
- Inspection & Diagnosis Examine used electronic equipment to identify defects, damage, or performance issues. Document findings and determine necessary repairs.
- Repair & Component Replacement Disassemble equipment as needed to perform basic repairs. Replace worn or damaged parts such as circuit boards, batteries, or screens. (Training provided.)
- Testing & Calibration Perform comprehensive functionality, electrical, and performance testing. Ensure all devices meet manufacturer specifications and internal quality standards.
- Cleaning & Refinishing Clean, detail, and reassemble equipment. Ensure each unit meets “like-new” cosmetic and functional expectations.
