About The Position

The Product Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and testing RFID
tag and label products and reports directly to the Lead Engineer. The ideal
candidate must be organized and results-driven with excellent problem-solving
and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with an excellent work ethic
• Superior problem solving skills, data analysis, and attention to detail are a must
• Experience with Quality Control, Six Sigma, Process Improvement is preferred

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Clients throughout the product development process
• Create test plans, execute material and product testing, create and maintain reporting
• Oversee new product launch activities including providing documentation to production, performing first article signoffs, and share post-mortem learnings
• Communicate with suppliers for raw material selection and qualification
• Create, manage, and approve bill of materials, routings, data sheets and specifications
• Be able to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
• Coordinate product evaluations, design validations, and provide written reports
