Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS ) is a world leader in the research, design, and manufacturing of focal plane arrays and flight-based vision systems. Focal Plane Operations at Raytheon Vision Systems is seeking a Product Engineer with an understanding of semiconductor wafer or focal plane processing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and experience in project and cost account management. The selected candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team to support the planning, execution, and financial management of various product lines. This role emphasizes collaboration, financial oversight, and project coordination.

Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience in Engineering, Product Management, Project Planning and/or Cost Account.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of wafer level processing and/or cleanroom environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
Experience with Design of Experiments (DoE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Knowledge of manufacturing planning and non-conforming material control.
Experience in proposal preparation and bid management.
Proficient in Microsoft Project application.
PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

Partner with Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs) and Program Managers to ensure alignment between project schedules, budgets, and overall program objectives
Track and report on cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure project success with monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) and quarterly Estimate At Complete (EAC) cycles of learning
Assist in risk and opportunity management, ensuring actions are documented and mitigated appropriately.
Prepare cost account data, financial reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
Aid in project planning, including resource allocation, milestone tracking, and budget adherence.
