You'll be embedded with the core product engineering team, where your ideas and energy will help launch Skyworks' world-class RF solutions into high-volume production. You'll collaborate with talented engineers across multiple disciplines, gaining hands-on experience in both development and sustaining activities. From fine-tuning performance to solving real-world manufacturing challenges, you'll be part of the team that transforms cutting-edge designs into products that power the world. Requirements
- Are pursuing a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Have a solid foundation in RF principles
- Love solving problems and diving deep into data
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments (written + verbal)
- Bring curiosity, creativity, and a can-do attitude to everything you do
- Enjoy working with Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Tinker around with programming languages like Python
- Are willing and able to work onsite in our Irvine office July - December 2026
Responsibilities
- Support product development and validation for cutting-edge RF components
- Analyze test data and performance metrics to optimize yield and reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, test, and manufacturing teams
- Assist in root cause analysis and implement solutions for production challenges
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and lab equipment
- Automate/Innovate various processes to shape the future of engineering at Skyworks
