About The Position

As a Product Enablement Specialist, you will design and deliver high-impact learning programs that enhance product knowledge, improve performance, and support team readiness across the organization. This role combines instructional design, facilitation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create meaningful learning experiences that help our teams grow and excel. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, training, or a related field.
  • Proven facilitation skills with experience training hybrid or distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create adult-learning content in multiple formats (live, virtual, on-demand).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, or enablement systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in SaaS or technology industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain training programs that support onboarding, product knowledge, and ongoing role readiness.
  • Translate business needs into structured learning journeys with measurable learning objectives.
  • Develop engaging enablement materials including presentations, playbooks, e-learning modules, guides, and videos.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions that are interactive and accessible for diverse audiences.
  • Support the launch of new tools, processes, and product updates through structured communications and learning sessions.
  • Manage training schedules, participant communications, and learner support throughout program cycles.
  • Partner with teams such as Product, Marketing, HR, Customer Success, and Technical Support to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business priorities.
  • Work closely with subject-matter experts to document best practices and simplify complex topics into clear learning materials.
  • Track participation, knowledge retention, and performance indicators to evaluate program impact.
  • Gather feedback to refine learning content and delivery approaches for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on enablement trends, learning technologies, and instructional design best practices.
  • Maintain and organize content within learning platforms such as LMS systems, knowledge bases, and enablement tools.
  • Ensure materials remain current, consistent with brand standards, and easily accessible across the organization.
