About The Position
Are you a problem-solving, results-driven engineer with a passion for optimizing manufacturing processes? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to play a key role in our Product Development Process, ensuring efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- Strong understanding of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost control, and quality assurance
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- Passion for innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and management to optimize manufacturability
- Establish, document, and maintain manufacturing processes and Bills of Operation in ERP (Epicor)
- Ensure data accuracy and support production floor activities
- Participate in daily engineering and project team meetings
- Work hands-on with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) to enhance designs
