We're seeking a strategic Product Development Manager to lead Formula Fig's transformation into a fully integrated service-and-product skincare company. This role will own the entire product ecosystem—from identifying guest needs through inventory optimization, from third-party curation to the landmark launch of FFFormulations. You'll be the bridge between our treatment rooms and retail shelves, ensuring every product decision enhances the guest journey and drives our flywheel of treatment-to-retail conversion. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic vision and operational excellence, as you'll be building the product function while executing critical launches.You’ll work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Retail and commerce. This role is remote and can be based in Los Angeles or Canada.
