Requirements

  • A shiny Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electromechanical Engineering (or an equally impressive equivalent).
  • 2-4 years of post-graduate experience.
  • English communication skills
  • SolidWorks 3D modeling skills
  • Knowledge of engineering mechanics, material properties, physics, and manufacturing methods.
  • Electrical theory know-how, especially in signal transmission, characterization, and signal integrity.
  • The ability to understand how mechanical designs affect electrical functions/performance.
  • Six Sigma skills
  • FMEA experience
  • Finite Element Analysis skills (structural, thermal & fluid)
  • EM and RF simulation experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • A willingness to travel 0-20% of the time.
  • US citizen or permanent resident

Nice To Haves

  • GD&T and ANSI/ASME standards knowledge
  • IC test socket or electrical connector design experience
  • Patent experience
