About The Position

Identify design cost opportunities, reduced content, and overall cost efficiencies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering
  • Must have the knowledge of Systems Engineering Fundamentals and design thinking
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, initiative, decisiveness, flexibility, knowledge, and vision
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented, global environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (open, clear, and inclusive)
  • Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Demonstrated organizational & delegation skills with proper follow-up
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple issues effectively and efficiently

  • Fluent in English Speaking and Writing
  • Strong fundamentals and working knowledge of GPDS processes
  • Strong understanding of WERS, FEDE, Bill of Material, CRID, and Teamcenter/Vis Mock-Up tools
  • Knowledge of Electrical & Body Engineering systems and components
  • Knowledge of Ford Engineering Design and Release processes
  • Experience using WERS, FEDE, CRID, and Teamcenter/Vis Mock-Up tools
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
