Product Developer - Consumer Apparel (Temporary)

We're looking for a Product Developer who thrives at the intersection of innovation, precision, and purpose. In this role, you'll guide apparel styles from early concept through production hand-off, ensuring every detail meets the needs of our end users and the standards our brand is known for.
Requirements
- Degree in a related field or equivalent apparel product development experience.
- Minimum 3 years in technical or high-performance apparel product development.
- Strong understanding of development and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office tools.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, action-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PDM/PLM systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support innovation across materials, technologies, construction, and applications.
- Partner closely with Design and Technical Design to develop styles, fabrics, trims, and packaging.
- Ensure products meet end-use performance requirements through material, garment, and field testing.
- Commercialize materials and trims while managing all third-party testing results.
- Build and maintain accurate tech packs, BOMs, color data, labeling, and packaging details.
- Keep organized, up-to-date records in PLM, databases, and ISO documentation.
- Drive cost-effective product solutions through materials, construction, and tariff engineering.
- Collaborate with global sourcing teams and suppliers throughout development and commercialization.
- Support cross-functional partners with technical product expertise.
- Oversee fit, wear testing, and field evaluation of prototypes.
