Requirements

Portfolio demonstrating excellent command of Figma, including systems thinking and interactive, spotless, iOS prototypes.
Track record showing you can ship, observe real-world use, and improve rapidly
Comfort working on complex, information-dense interfaces.
Willingness to learn SwiftUI and prototype in code when needed.
Startup urgency: independent, accountable, relentless execution.
U.S. Person status required (may involve export-controlled data).

Nice To Haves

Mastered Framer, Mapbox, or spatial UI / Liquid Glass in real projects.
Designed motion, transitions, or micro-interactions for iOS.
Worked with Apple Human Interface Guidelines beyond surface level.
Worked in a founding or early-stage startup environment.
Comfortable operating with discretion in sensitive or high-profile environments.

Responsibilities

Design mission-critical interfaces for mobile and web systems used in real-world environments.
Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma (components, auto-layout, interaction patterns).
Prototype flows and interactions using Framer and, when useful, SwiftUI.
Design spatial and map-based interfaces using Mapbox or similar tooling.
Work closely with iOS and full-stack engineers to translate designs into production.
Iterate rapidly based on field feedback—observe usage, fix what doesn’t work, and ship again.
Engage directly with elite users, often on the road (~25% global travel).
