Responsible for the design, creation, testing and development of product(s). Collaborates with business and technical staff to move designs from concept into production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-7 years of directly related experience
  • Good understanding of various design tools, such as Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision and/or other modern prototyping tools
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Deliver everything from very simple to highly complex features across web, mobile, and emerging platforms – from idea, to launch, and beyond
  • Leverage inputs from user research, usability testing, customer support feedback, and analytics to constantly iterate and improve the product
  • Articulate design decisions and trade-offs, both verbally and visually, across disciplines
  • Partner with engineering very closely to ensure design concepts are both feasible at the start, and properly implemented at the end
  • Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs
  • Other duties as assigned
