As a Product Design Manager in Microsoft’s Sales and Orchestration Apps group, you will lead the design vision for products like Dynamics 365 Sales, Microsoft Sales Agent, and Dynamics Customer Insights. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, AI-powered solutions that empower sellers and marketers worldwide. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 12+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
• 5+ years people management experience.
• 6+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring and be responsible for attracting and retaining great people.
• Ensure quality by leading interactions with teams and driving QAs while pushing the design agenda forward and will also lead the production of visual designs while overseeing the creation of a variety of visual design documents.
• Identify scenarios that will turn into interaction designs and direct your teams to improve product UX through the creation of interaction models while acting as a liaison between users and products.
• Guide communication with cross-disciplinary teams across all stages of design and development and will also tell a compelling, convincing product story to a variety of audiences that influences buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Lead collaboration with creative team members, program managers and developers to define product features and collaborate with leadership and your team to deliver product design results while also providing guidance to product designers and creating clarity for stakeholders.
