About The Position

Product Design & Development Collaborate with industrial designers and marketing teams to align design with brand identity Optimize product ergonomics, usability, and manufacturability Specification Management Define & document product specifications including weight, dimensions, materials, & tolerances. Maintain specification databases and version control Testing & Validation Conduct physical tests for weight, dimensions, drop resistance, compression, and environmental durability Analyze test results and recommend design changes Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, ISO) Conduct physical tests for weight, dimensions, drop resistance, compression, and environmental durability Analyze test results and recommend design changes Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ASTM, ISO) Cross -Functional Collaboration Work with sourcing, packaging, and quality assurance teams Support supplier qualification and production ramp -up Participate in design reviews and risk assessments

Requirements

  • 1 -2 years in CPG product development or related field.
  • Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • Measurement tools, testing rigs.
  • Ability to interpret test data and optimize product performance.
  • Strong written and verbal skills for documentation and team collaboration.

Benefits

  • $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
  • 401K plan: After 12 months of joining and when meet all eligibility criteria. Employees can start using vacation days after 90 days from joining.
  • 40 hours (1 week): Vacation days will be earned based on pro rata basis effective upon joining.
