About The Position

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will be a vital link between ROC’s engineering powerhouse and our mission-critical customers. You will serve as the primary interface for multiple accounts, ensuring that the sophisticated biometric solutions we build are delivered on time, meet contractual obligations, and solve the real-world challenges faced by our users. You will be the "voice of the customer" within our engineering team, translating the needs of customers into technical requirements. Success in this role means ensuring 100% delivery excellence across our flagship product suite: ROC ABIS, ROC Watch, ROC Enterprise, and ROC SDK. Requirements

Domain Expertise: Proven ability to communicate effectively with criminal investigators, intelligence analysts, public safety officials, and other customers.
Legal & Process Literacy: An understanding of legal terms, legal processes, and the standard operating procedures of investigative agencies.
Technical Literacy: Practical understanding of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical AI/biometric concepts to non-technical stakeholders while clearly conveying customer feedback to developers.
Analytical Thinking: Skilled at identifying gaps between current product features and customer requirements.
Travel: Ability to travel occasionally (<25%) to customer sites or other ROC offices as needed.
Location: This is an in-person role based in our Morgantown, WV office, with flexibility for partial work-from-home as coordinated with management.

Responsibilities

Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple customers simultaneously, managing expectations and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Contract & Delivery Oversight: Track all contracted deliverables to ensure ROC meets every milestone and technical requirement on schedule.
Requirement Coordination: Work closely with engineering teams to develop products directly responsive to customer needs; translate operational hurdles into actionable technical tasks.
Quality Assurance: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from the customer’s perspective to ensure software quality and functional readiness prior to final delivery.
Product Deployment: Coordinate the delivery and initial implementation of ROC ABIS, ROC Watch, ROC Enterprise, and ROC SDK.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Use tools like Jira to track progress and maintain alignment between customer timelines and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
