As a Product Delivery Manager in Workflow Services, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Strengthen our existing partnerships and enable a clear path to production for new partner apps while providing consistency in design, maximizing code reuse, and improving speed to production through AI-driven automation and insights.
  • Provide Business Partner Consultations to support partner innovation, dependencies, and cross-impacts, leveraging AI/LLM tools to enhance decision-making and streamline processes.
  • Simplify Support Model & Intake Process to increase speed to market for production incidents, enhancements and new workflow solutions.
  • Implement Standards & Best Practices to establish and enforce application consistency, performance and workflow optimization.
  • Establish working relationships with project sponsors, business stakeholders, technology, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Design Team and other functional partners to provide/complete required project documentation (process flows, roadmaps, gap analysis, procedures, test scripts, etc.).
  • Assist in partner operational readiness assessments, testing execution, communications, onboarding, production deployment & post-implementation support.
  • Drive strategic designs for configurable components to maximize reuse, maintain the Product Catalog, oversee partner contributions to the framework, communicate and demo features along with the process for teams to leverage them across workflows.
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies and their application in business processes with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.
