About The Position
General Dynamics Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Advanced Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) input to project/program plans and deliverables, defining, reviewing, and analyzing system requirements for supportability enhancements/modifications, and managing ILS staff. The specialist will also support other disciplines for program/project resolutions/enhancements. General Dynamics Mission Systems engineers high-technology solutions, products, and services for defense and scientific missions, applying advanced technologies like AI, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native, and Quantum Physics. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management or Engineering, a related specialized area or field (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Demonstrates very strong leadership capability consistent with a team-based work environment
- Exceptional expertise in six or more of the ILS elements
- Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; solves a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Proven experience in project or product leadership roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of training and documentation products
- Coordinate with engineering, SMEs, and instructional designers
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables across multiple efforts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with program standards and requirements
- Providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) input to project/program plans and deliverables
- Define, review and analyze system requirements for enhancements/modifications for supportability
- Manage members of the ILS staff in support of projects/programs
- Support other disciplines for program/project resolutions/enhancements
