About the Team: Turo is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team and support the evolution of our marketplace and customer experience. This role will partner closely with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to help improve platform reliability, efficiency, and user outcomes across the guest and host lifecycle. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, comfortable working with operationally-messy data, and motivated by improving real-world experiences for customers and internal teams. You should enjoy translating data into clear insights that help teams prioritize, execute, and iterate. What you will do: Analyze complex data sets to identify areas of opportunities, formulate actionable recommendations, and test these insights Present analysis and recommendations to Exec leadership and work with product teams to rapidly execute and iterate based on feedback Lead experimentation from designing tests to analyzing results that lead to product launch decisions Partner with product, data science, and operations leadership to influence the direction of the product with the goal of improving user experience and/or profitability of the business Track the performance of the business and help stakeholders shift in business trends Support ad-hoc analytical projects based on Turo strategic priorities Establish data specifications, build ETL pipelines, and assess the impact of new product releases and policy changes on the platform
