About The Position

Agility’s commercially deployed humanoids operate alongside teams in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers—tackling physically demanding and repetitive tasks while enabling workers to focus on higher-value work. With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential. As Product Counsel, you will own privacy, data governance, and responsible AI legal strategy across the full lifecycle of our humanoid robotics systems from training data ingestion to real-world deployment feedback loops. You will work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Safety, Data Security, IT, Product, and GTM teams to embed privacy-by-design principles directly into our hardware, firmware, edge computing systems, and cloud architecture. This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role for someone excited about solving novel privacy challenges raised by the real-world deployment of bleeding-edge autonomous robotic systems deployed in human spaces
