In this role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support across a diverse portfolio of major accounts, assisting the product life cycle from concept to completion. You will play a key role in maintaining brand quality, adhering to production timelines, and meeting financial goals while serving as a vital communication link between our design teams and global factories. An ideal candidate will possess a high level of technical curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a meticulous eye for detail. This role requires you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Group Manager of Product Development.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field; equivalent experience in product development, retail operations, or a corporate administrative role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with international partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where multitasking and strict deadlines are the norm.
  • A track record of high accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs); experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative and operational support for a diverse account portfolio, including Walmart, Skechers, Relic, JCPenney, Kohl’s, and Coppell Private Label.
  • Act as a flexible shared resource across the team, providing backup capacity and assisting on various accounts as project needs shift.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of samples (Project, Cosmetic, Photo, and Salesman), ensuring they are physically organized and on track for production and meeting deadlines.
  • Facilitate daily professional email communication with Fossil East (Hong Kong) and external vendors to ensure accuracy in watch, packaging, and display development.
  • Coordinate with the internal photo studio to submit and manage PDP jobs and capture initial sample photography for presentations.
  • Execute style creation and data maintenance within SAP and Google Workspace, ensuring all product attributes and spec grids are updated with 100% accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain account-specific submission forms, line sheets, and product sheets to support market preparation and meeting presentations.
  • Perform execution-based sales and analytics tasks, including tracking data, creating grids, and generating reports to support team insights.
  • Monitor e-commerce product pages periodically to ensure data integrity and coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or customer requests.
  • Maintain a proactive mindset within a structured environment, successfully managing multiple high-volume workstreams with quick turnarounds.
